few days ago, think it was wednesday, there was snowing… like the whole day… very nice… maybe will put some pictures from that event…
sometimes i think that… maybe i will never see snow in warsaw again…:((

i recently changed dirahs. i chose the Shlah hakadosh over Ibn Ezrah (Even Ezrah). little more kabalah oriented, hope will end in proper kabolas ha torah.:))
so now i’m in a room with Yehudah Aryay Leib Shonfeld, a boy from Lakewood, New Jersey. emotional american type person(whitch means also gentle). i think we should fit well. (intence, chilled out, gentle american is sort of naturaly suting; actually in free time i want to write about differences between people from waryng places)
besides the dirah is close to bais midrash - it’s right next to it!!
the mesibah was nice, wild dancing like always in midrash shmuel. i stayed till the end.
maybe will have some photos from there.
and there was chanukah.
it was amazing
in out yeshivah there is normal learning on chanukah, even more shtark than normal and the rosh is m’chazek everybody to learn and on.
i think it’s very right that there is normal learning bacause chanukah has a great power, some use it for eating sufganiot(doughnuts or donuts depending on your minhag…) and some for learning.
it was difficult in sence that 3 of my chavrusos were not here. one had to go go america, second had weeding of somebody in the family - mazal tov - and third just left because it was end of the year for him(he is australian) so i was almost learning alone.
one of the older bochrim gave a vaad on thursday night and said and interesting y’sod (i think in name of staypler rov). on certain day of the year (i think it was rosh hashanah) it is decided hov much hana’a (pleasure) person will get in coming year. so whatever you do you always get the same amount of hana’a, so if you planed on doing somethink which gives hana’a if you won’t do it you will still get it if it was destined so… amazing… i am very thankful to this person.. awesome…
on thurseday evening there was a halacha shiur. after people asked their questions. so some avrech asked: where should i light my second menorah, by the street or by the door?
rabbi: by the street
avrech: but it can be knocked over or somethink
bocher: i never saw a menorah knocked over by a cat
and the avrech: MY street is very busy street.. there are a lot of cats… :)))
sometimes when the rosh sees that somebody is using cellphone (handy..) during the shmoose, the rosh like shows that he wants the other person to throw it and he will catch it.. so then the bad guy throws it and the rosh catches… there is a lot of audience noises.. and sometimes others also throw their phones and rosh caches them… good stuff…
so two days ago at the shmoose rosh himself needed to look at his phone… so one of the cool guys, chesler made motions that he wants to catch the phone… and the rosh threw and chesler catched… good stuff…
a, and the rosh said that napoleon and democracy is bad, because of napoleon we can go to universities…
